MORE ABOUT Tracy Arntzen
"Throughout life's challenges, I've found unfathomable comfort by inviting God into life, trials and triumphs. It's led me to a calling of comforting others on their own journeys. My hope is that you discover solace and, when the time comes, extend that same comfort to those walking a similar path (2 Cor 1:3-5).
Mental health struggles have touched our family for decades, and I've found strength and resilience through a personal commitment: prayer and studying the Bible. This connection grounds me in the assurance of a loving Heavenly Father.
Over the past 12 years, we've chosen openness about mental illness in our family. Sharing our journey has helped others find common ground within their own experiences. One disheartening obstacle remains: 'stigma.' It's a barrier slowly falling away, requiring intentionality, hard work, and sometimes sacrifice or loss
Through intense seasons of difficulty I turn to prayer. It's in these moments, fixing my gaze on Christ, that I witness God's presence in remarkable ways. Prayer changes my perspective, granting me wisdom and revealing immeasurable love.
Prayer and the Bible are more than my refuge— my source of joy. It's where I seek and find the Lord, and there's no greater joy than knowing He stands by my side, no matter life's challenges.
Praying over any circumstances gives me assurance — whatever the outcome—
I am confident it is God’s will.
May you find solace, inspiration, and the assurance that you're not alone on this journey."
